Satisfaction ofjob is pleasant emotional attitude and love work. Educationandperformance represent one other influencing satisfaction of nurse job. Resistancedevelopmentofx'self will lessen satisfaction of officer job to cause at degradation of officer performance. Lack of prosperity at fficer will result downhill pedormance, satisfactionwill be downhill alsonce of Pamekasan.
Method the used is analytic research methodwith approach of sectional cross. Amount ofsampel 75 nurse, data collectedwith observation and quesioneris later, then analysed byusiig Statistical test of Spearman Rank and test of Regresi Doubled Linear with degree ofmeaning0,05.
Result of research indicate that education of Dlll-Treatment have unfavourable
nurse performance. And result of Statistical test of Spearman Rank show (p : 0,74 > a
= 0,05) so that Ho accepted, its meaning there no relation between education withsatisfaction ofnursejob. And nurse having unfavourable performance hence yielding
unfavourable performance alsofrom result of Statistical test of Spearman Rank show (p = 0,045 < a = 0,05) so that Ho refused, its meaning there is relation between pedormancewith satisfaction of job. And nurse owning higher education not yet of course itspeformance either duefrom result of statistical test of Spearman Rankshow (p:0,303 >0,05) its meaning there no relation betvveen education with performance. While do notforever education ofits good performance excelsior progressively hence satisfaction ofhis job ofmore better also,fromresultoftest ofstatistic test Doubled Linem Regresi (Y =0,0639 + 0,049 X1 + 0,174 X2) that performance more having an effect on withsatisfoction of job from at education relation and education and performance withsatisfaction ofweak job (0,297 ).
Pursuant to result of this research can be concluded that education there norelationwith satisfaction of nurse job, performance there is relationwith satisfoction of
j ob of perawat,tidak there is education with performance, and if both education variable
-andpirformance attributed to satisfaction of pedormance job more having an effect on
with satisfaction ofiob than education.
